Who We Are
Our Vision
Ara Law is a legal consultancy based in the UK, but serving clients around the world. We were founded by Oliver Bridal, a deeply experienced commercial and technology lawyer. Oliver was previously Head of Legal for a B2B SaaS company with VC backing.
Oliver trained and qualified as a solicitor with a leading international law firm. He spent over a year as a government lawyer and has worked with private equity backed businesses, start-ups / scale-ups, individuals and listed companies. He has extensive experience with commercial contracts, technology transactions, IP management, corporate matters, funding rounds and deal negotiation.
At Ara Law, we help individuals, founders, companies and in-house teams on both an ongoing and project basis. We offer flexible fee arrangements ranging from fixed costs to hourly rates.
